The Macomb Ballet Company is the only 501(c)3 non-profit ballet company
in Macomb County. If you are an individual, foundation, or corporation
interested in making a tax deductible contribution to our company please
send us this form with your information. We will be delighted to send you a
donor brochure with information on levels of giving and benefits. Also, in
the Message area please advise us of any schools, senior centers or other
organizations that serve a low-income population which you would like us to
consider for free or half-priced tickets to the ballet.
