The Macomb Ballet Company (MBC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which is funded through fundraising, grants, ticket sales, sponsors, and donations. The company has received grants from the Michigan Council for Arts & Cultural Affairs, National Endowment for the Arts, and the Anton Art Center. The community-based company performs special daytime matinees for students, seniors and other civic organizations and evening performances for the general public. The MBC also sponsors an annual summer dance intensive. Instruction, props, sets, costumes, make-up, venue fees, printing, and administration are just a few of the many costs involved in providing performance experiences for talented young dancers while educating and enriching local audiences. MBC relies on the support of its generous donors and we thank you for your continued support.
