Macomb Ballet Company invites you to Masters Week - a week full of master classes. Guest teachers from around the country will share their knowledge and expertise with dancers. This workshop focuses on developing technique and artistry. Dancers will sharpen their skills on specific dance styles including: ballet, pointe, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and more.

Please note not all instructors are scheduled for every day of the workshop and not all instructors will teach every level.

Tuition is non-refundable and due in full upon registration. Registration will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be given under any circumstance unless the camp is cancelled due to low enrollment. If camp becomes full, students will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted if space becomes available.

Andrew Cribbett, originally from Thomasboro, Illinois, began his dance training at the age of six. He trained with Christine Rich and Luciana Rezende at the Christine Rich Dance Studio Academy and Performing Arts Center in Savoy, IL. He also guest starred in Champaign-Urbana Ballet productions. At the age of 16 Andrew received a full scholarship to The Washington School of Ballet in DC to further his training while attending Duke Ellington School of the Arts to finish his senior year of High School. Andrew has received scholarships to attend summer intensives at Washington School of Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, The Rock School of Ballet in Philadelphia, Faubourg Ballet Chicago, and has been a finalist in the international competition YAGP (Youth American Gran Prix) both years he competed. He is past professional dancer and current Assistant Artistic Director with Eisenhower Dance Detroit.

Kacie Collins was born and raised in the Detroit area. She began her training at the age of 3 at Gotta Dance Studios. Throughout the years Kacie was part of the Detroit Pistons Entertainment team on the Motor City Minis from 2017-2019. She joined Hollywood Connection’s The Teen Company in 2018 working closely with the faculty, specifically the artistic directors over the years Mitchel Federan, Kristin McQuaid, and Aaron Czuprenski. Her third year on the company Kacie was given the title of captain on The Teen Company. During her summers off, Kacie works with the USPBL Dance Crew choreographing, performing, and leading games. In addition, she loves to teach at studios across the Metro-Detroit area. Currently, Kacie is attending Chapman University in Orange, California as a dance major. She is entering her third year as a member of the University’s hip-hop club Team Shaka, as Vice President. At Chapman, Kacie is furthering her artistic knowledge and preparing for her future career in the dance industry.

Lisa Carducci-Deringor is a Choreographer and Master teacher. Originally from Detroit MI, Lisa studied classical ballet and holds grades I-VII from The Cecchetti Council of America. Lisa has performed lead roles in The Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Coppelia. At the age of 19, Lisa moved to Los Angeles, where she received a dance scholarship to Tremaine Dance Center. She has studied many disciplines under some of the industries top teachers and choreographers. Following scholarship, she began working as a professional dancer and choreographer. She has performed on the MTV Video Music Awards, Billboard Awards, HBO Comedy Awards, tours, videos, film and commercials. Lisa has worked with several artists including Brittany Spears, N'Sync, Lenny Kravitz, Taking Back Sunday, James Blunt. She has worked with companies such as HBO, Pepsi, Disney, Adidas, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls. Lisa resides in Williamsburg, VA where she is the Artistic Director of The Movement Dance Company as well as a teacher at The Institute for Dance. She also travels the country as a Master Teacher and Choreographer.

Jonathan Holt Carter started his ballet training at the age of 3. At 9, he began attending Northwest Florida Ballet Academie and trained under the direction of Todd Eric Allen and Dorothy Lister. As a professional, Jonathan has danced with Atlanta Ballet II under the direction of Gennadi Nedvigin, Cincinnati Ballet II under the direction of Victoria Morgan and Alabama Ballet under the direction of Tracey Alvey. With Alabama Ballet, he performed The Cavalier in Balanchine's The Nutcracker and Prince Desire in The Sleeping Beauty. In 2020, he joined Northwest Arkansas Ballet Theatre where he performed principal roles including Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In 2022, Jonathan joined Dayton Ballet. With Dayton Ballet, Jonathan performed multiple principal roles including Cavalier in Dayton Ballet’s The Nutcracker, Peter Pan in Septime Weber’s Peter Pan and a soloist role in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Limoncello. As a Guest Artist, Jonathan has performed principal roles with Cuban Classical Ballet, A&A Ballet, Mobile Ballet, Victoria Ballet Theatre, Inwood Ballet, Andalusia Ballet and Midland Festival Ballet.started his ballet training at the age of 3. She performed works by Trey McIntyre, Stefanie Batten Bland, Shannon Gillen and more. She also trained at Dance Italia (Italy), Movement Invention Project (NYC), and b12 (Berlin). Currently in her third season with Eisenhower Dance Detroit, Kelsey made her debut performance as a company member at the Jacob’s Pillow InsideOut stage in 2019 and has since performed in works by Christian Denice, Nicole Fonte and Micaela Taylor.
